Which Membership should I purchase?
If you want to attend Richmond games then a match-day (ticketed) membership is the most appropriate for you. Have a look through our match-day memberships for options suiting adults, concessions, juniors and families – as well as reserved seating. These memberships entitle entry to the ground to either the 11 Richmond home games or the 17 Richmond games played in Victoria (subject to capacity if no reserved seat is purchased).
If you live in the country or interstate we recommend the Country/Interstate 5 membership. It admits to any 5 Richmond homes games in Melbourne as well as providing the option for 2 of these games to be substituted for Richmond interstate games. For further details please see extra match day memberships.
Can’t get to the games but would like to stay connected to the Club – we recommend the Tiger Insider (see additional member packages), Xtreme, Cubs Club or Stripes Squad (junior upgrades).
What premium membership packages are available?
If you would like to enquire about any of the 2009 Premium membership packages, including Legends’ Club, Richmond Executive, Players’ Club or Locker Room, please contact Rachael Duncan on 03 9426 4486 or rduncan@richmondfc.com.au.
When will 2009 membership packs be delivered?
We anticipate having all membership packs out by the start of the 2009 season. We can not guarantee we will have packs out by Christmas or for special occasions. However, upon request, we can provide a gift certificate advising that the membership will be delivered shortly. If you require a gift certificate, it can be organised by contacting Member and Supporter Services on 1300 136 605.
If you have not received your membership card in time for a game, please contact Member and Supporter Services on 1300 136 605 prior to the game. Alternatively, please see Member and Supporter Services staff in the Tiger Den or marquees located at the game.
What do I do if I have not received my membership card in time for the upcoming match?
Call Member and Supporter Services on 1300 136 605 as soon as possible during business hours. We can arrange for membership cards or tickets to be collected at the game. Alternatively, if it is after hours, please come and see the membership staff located in the marquees at both the MCG and Telstra Dome.
Note: We cannot reimburse you if you purchase your entry at the turnstiles.
What is the difference between Ticketed and Non Ticketed Memberships?
Ticketed or match-day memberships gain entry into the games. These memberships include Junior, Concession, Family and Adult 11 or 17 game memberships with or without reserved seats as well as Country/Interstate 5, AFL Club support and MCC Tiger Membership holders.
Non Ticketed Memberships do not give access into the games. These include Tiger Insider, Baby Tiger Cubs, Cubs Club, Xtreme and Pet Membership holders.
What identification is required to become a concession member?
The following concession card holders are eligible for concession membership:
Pension card – aged/single parent/disability
Student card – full time only or enrolment paper confirming full status in 2009
Veteran Affairs concession card
Concession members must be able to produce appropriate identification from one of these categories for the Club when purchasing your membership (photocopies accepted), and at the gate when attending games.
Note: Health Care or Health Benefits cards and Senior Citizen cards are not acceptable forms of concession identification.
What age qualifies for a junior membership?
To qualify for junior membership you must be under 15 years of age (as at 1 January, 2009).
Children 6 years and under are admitted to AFL venues free of charge but must not occupy a seat (can be placed on the lap of a patron). Please note that children 4 years and over will need to obtain a junior membership if they wish to be eligible to purchase finals tickets.
I am a Country/Interstate 5 member, how do I get into games?
Country/Interstate 5 members receive admission to 5 home games in Melbourne of their choice. For more flexibility you can substitute up to two of these games to attend interstate Richmond games (one ticket per game).
Richmond home game in Melbourne - Scan your membership card at the turnstiles for admission.
Richmond Interstate games – You must nominate which interstate game/s you wish to attend to Member and Supporter Services at least 4 weeks before the game. You can nominate by returning the nomination form enclosed with your membership renewal, by calling 1300 136 605 or by emailing membership@richmondfc.com.au.
The Club will then organise tickets for you on your behalf. You will then have the option of purchasing additional tickets for family or friends (tickets are limited). We will post the tickets to you prior to the game.
We cannot order tickets without notice of at least 4 weeks in advance. Entry to interstate games is available only by booking tickets through the Club (you cannot scan your membership card at the gate).
