One skilful Superboot player is $10,000 richer thanks to Bingle Car Insurance, after topping the table in the fantasy football game.

Congratulations to Shane Springer of NSW, who takes the $10K first prize after finishing first in Superboot on 101 goals, five goals ahead of second placed Ashley Baxter from South Australia (96 goals) and Luke Dimattina of Victoria in third place (94 goals).

Shane is a Richmond supporter and had been leading the Superboot competition since Round 10 of the 2014 AFL home-and-away season.

Essendon fan Baxter receives the Ultimate Grand Final Package, including tickets to the 2014 AFL Grand Final and accommodation in Melbourne for finishing second, and third prize is a Richmond membership and merchandise pack.

During the season, the most nominated goalkickers (in order) were Jack Riewoldt (Richmond), Nick Riewoldt (St Kilda), Josh Kennedy (West Coast), Jay Schulz (Port Adelaide) and Lance Franklin (Sydney).

Twenty Superboot participants were lucky - or skilful enough - to nominate Jack Riewoldt as their goalkicker in Round 10, and use their double points ‘Superboot Card’ when he kicked his 11-goal haul against the Giants. Those participants received a handy 22 goals for the round.

Superboot is the Coleman Medal for the fans, with participants nominating an AFL player each week who they thought would kick a bag of goals. The participant with the most ‘goals’ at the end of the season won the prize pool of $10,000 thanks to Bingle Car Insurance.

Throughout the season there were monthly winners along the way, with the following participants rewarded for their good patch of Superboot play:

March - Nicholas Kroussos
April - Daniel Kirk
May - Benjamin Chugg
June - Damien Peck
July - Jamie Troubridge
August - Aidan McGinniss
