Ellis hungry to improve

Player Bio

After a brilliant debut season playing in the backline, Ellis moved to the midfield last season where he cemented himself, playing all but two games and averaging 18.6 possessions. Three of
his first four games were as the substitute, but he graduated from that role and won a career-high 39 possessions against Melbourne in round eight.

Player honours: AFL Rising Star nominee 2012.
Brownlow Medal: 2013 votes 5; career votes 5.
Draft history: 2011 AFL Draft 1st round selection (Richmond) No. 15 overall.
