Following a 2008 season in which he played every game, led Richmond for long kicks (61) and inside 50s (91), averaged 24 possessions and booted 28 goals, Deledio was rewarded with his first club best and fairest. Only 22 this April, expect the playmaker to come under heavy opposition scrutiny in 2009, with his ability to move forward a valuable weapon in countering hard tags.
