Construction of the $20 million training and community facility at Punt Road is going ahead at a rapid rate.

The old Richmond Social Club was demolished in November 2009, and it is anticipated that the new facility will be completed by November this year.

Standing three storeys tall, the Punt Road redevelopment includes state-of-the-art player amenities, community gym, indoor sports centre, meeting rooms, lecture theatre and museum, as well as housing the Australian Institute for Indigenous Learning and Skills Development.
