Most players participating will be available post training for a short signing session. Given the high number of fans expected to attend this session, there is a chance that not everyone will gain autographs or photos with players. We ask our fans to enjoy the atmosphere and respect the players need for proper recovery post training.

BROADCAST INFORMATION

Our Round 1 match will be broadcast live on Channel 7 from 7:00pm (AEST), and also live on Fox Footy and live-streamed on Kayo.

TICKETING

Round 1 v Carlton is an AWAY game, which means members must have AWAY access to attend Round 1. Due to overwhelming demand, there will be NO WALK UPS this means ALL members will need to upgrade via Ticketek.

Standing upgrades cost members $7, and Level 4 is $25, you can upgrade here.

March to the ’G

Led by our game day drummers, the march will depart at 6pm from outside the Roar Store and end outside Gate 5 of the MCG. The Tiger Army are encouraged to take part and proudly show their support for the Yellow and Black.

The ‘G Train Mobility Shuttle Service

The G-Train Mobility Shuttle Service operates during public events held at the MCG.

The service is free and accessible to patrons with mobility challenges. The G-Train also features vehicles with wheelchair-friendly access.

Pre-booking is not required; simply wait at a designated pick up point for the next available buggy. The service has pick up points from the following locations:

  • Richmond Station
  • Jolimont Station
  • Accessible Parking Area

The MCG is a cashless venue. All food, beverage, merchandise and ticketing outlets will be cashless – so all transactions will need to be made on your debit or credit card.

The MCG is a smoke, e-cigarette and vape free venue. Patrons found smoking or vaping inside the Ground will face immediate eviction.

The MCG Multi-Faith Prayer Room is open to all patrons. Located on Level B1 of the Shane Warne Stand (at approximately M13), the room is able to cater for more than 50 patrons at one time and is suitable for patrons of all faiths including Christian, Muslim, Jewish and Hindu.

The Roar Store will be open from 9am-5pm on Wednesday. Come visit our team in-store and get everything you need before our first clash on Thursday!

Game Day

The Roar Store will be open from 9am – first bounce. We will be closed for the duration of the game however will reopen after the final siren.

We will also have a marquee located outside the Roar Store from 4pm for quick purchases.
