For the second week in a row, Monique Conti has been voted best in the eyes of the coaches following last Friday night's match against Melbourne.

Following up from her perfect score of 10 in last week's season opener, the star midfielder continued her impressive start to the season.

Her performance at the Swinburne Centre included 25 disposals, six tackles, eight clearances, and her first goal in the Yellow and Black, the display drawing praise from senior coach Ryan Ferguson.

"She embodies that mentality of the team, where we want to get in and hunt the footy, and if we don't get our hands on the footy, we want to be looking to hunt the body as well," Ferguson said.

"Her aggression at the footy and her aggression at the player... I just love her work rate and her effort.

Ruck Gabby Seymour also featured in the votes for the second week in a row, polling two votes once again after amassing 17 disposals, seven tackles, four marks and 10 hit-outs.
