Brilliant Richmond ‘bookends’ Jack Riewoldt and Alex Rance will enter the 2018 season with the most games played in their respective guernsey numbers throughout the Club’s history.

Riewoldt has played 225 games in the No. 8 Tiger jumper, while Rance has played 175 games in the No. 18.

Previous games record-holder for the No. 8 at Tigerland was four-time premiership player Dick Clay with 213, and the previous No. 18 games record-holder was triple premiership player Mervyn Keane with 152.

Two other current-day Richmond stars are poised to break the Club’s record for most games played in their guernsey numbers.

Shaun Grigg, 149 games, is only five behind No. 6 guernsey record-holder Mark Chaffey (154), and Dustin Martin, 178 games, is within nine of the No. 4 record held by Matthew Rogers (197).
