Richmond's AFLW team will travel down the highway to play Geelong this Friday, February 26 at 7.10pm, as part of the NAB AFL Women's Round 5 fixture announced today.

The Tigers and Cats will kick off the league-wide Indigenous Round, with all clubs set to recognise and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and the incredible contribution Indigenous people and communities have made to the game.

The prime-time fixture will be the second time the two sides have met in their short AFLW history, with the Cats claiming a 22-point win in a high-scoring affair in Bendigo last year. Both sides are chasing a breakthrough win to kick-start their 2021 seasons.

Friday night's game will be broadcast live on FOX FOOTY and Kayo Sports from 7pm.

Tickets will be on sale on Wednesday, February 24 from 12pm for home members and 1pm for the general public.
