Richmond is set to visit Mildura and the Sunraysia region as part of the 2024 AFL Community Camp.

The trip will see the Tigers in town next Thursday, February 8, and Friday, February 9.

As part of the community visit, the AFL Tigers and coaches will visit schools, local clubs and organisations.

Mildura has a rich and ongoing history with Richmond, having produced some of the Club’s best men’s and women’s players, including Dale Weightman, Matthew Knights and Courtney Wakefield.

Off the field, the Sunraysia region also holds great significance to the Club, with subsidiary business Aligned Leisure operating as a part of the community and the Korin Gamadji Institute engaging Indigenous youth in the area. Mildura and its surroundings are also included in the Club’s Next Generation Academy zoning.

Fans will have the opportunity to meet their favourite Tigers at the following public events in town next week:

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8. 12.15pm to 1pm- Player signing session at Langtree Mall

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8. 5pm to 6pm- Player signing session at Mildura Sporting Precinct
