Richmond has made two changes, with the inclusion of a debutant, in preparation for a clash with the Suns on Saturday afternoon.

The club travelled to the Gold Coast today with both its VFL and AFL sides for a double header at People First Stadium.

2025 AFL draft prospect Sam GrIj, will don the yellow and black jumper in his Richmond VFL debut this weekend.

GrIj is an agile midfielder who can also line up at halfback, moving the ball up the ground with his slick handballing and penetrating kick.

The Oakleigh Chargers' prospect can slice open the opposition's defence with his elite pace and clean ball use.

Key forward Jacob Koschitzke rejoins the side this week after a stint in the AFL, where he played a crucial role in their back-to-back wins.

The first bounce at People First Stadium is set for 12:25pm this Saturday.

All matches in the 2025 Smithy’s VFL and VFLW seasons will be live streamed free via the AFL website, AFL Live Official App and VFL App.
