Star Richmond midfielder Monique Conti has been selected in the 2025 AFLW All-Australian squad of 42, after yet another standout season.
The 25-year-old is already a five-time All-Australian, as well as a League Best and Fairest winner in 2023, with her initial selection highlighting her impact on the Tigers in 2025.
This season, Conti averaged 26.3 disposals, collecting a season-best 34 touches in Richmond's 11-point win over Adelaide in Round 8.
Earlier in the season, when Conti celebrated game 75, she applied a career-best 12 tackles against her former side, the Bulldogs, at IKON Park.
Playing all 12 games this season, to take her all-time games total to 85, the midfielder collected a career-high 316 disposals in 2025, highlighting her immense impact.
Of those disposals, Conti ran at 63 per cent efficiency, while also averaging 13.8 contested possessions, 4.9 clearances, 2.1 centre clearances, 7.2 tackles, 2.8 score involvements and 4.5 inside 50s.
Conti, who has won six consecutive Richmond Best and Fairest awards, continues to shine, with a lot of football ahead of her.
She was selected in the All-Australian team in 2019, 2012, 2022 (Season 6), 2022 (Season 7) and 2023, as well as making the extended squad last year.
The final 2025 AFLW All-Australian team will be announced soon.
