Matt Arnot
14 disposals, 5 tackles
Played across half-forward most of the game. Plenty of pressure and kicked a goal. Didn’t get a lot of time on the ball but contributed really well.

Todd Banfield
11 disposals, 5 tackles
Played another good game up forward. Put on some pressure and went back late in the second half to release others players, which was good.

Jake Batchelor
13 disposals, 4 tackles
Played another really good defensive game. He was really hard and relentless with Geelong’s forwards. He intercepted marks, spoiled and contributed well when the opposition had the ball.

Ben Darrou
8 disposals
Played on one of their key forwards all day and gave him no space. Was terrific with his defensive pressure and gave some drive offensively. Controlled that defensive position well.

Matt Dea
19 touches, 3 rebound 50s
Was fantastic in his first game back. 19 touches in three quarters, which is on par for what he produces at VFL level. Spoils, intercept marks – he did all the things that he does well.

Todd Elton
1 goal, 13 disposals
Started up forward but went back to cover an injury. Played on one of their key forwards and did a fantastic job on him. He’s stepped up and is playing much better footy.

Nathan Foley
30 disposals, 8 clearances, 7 tackles
Was fantastic around the ball. Weather conditions suited him and again he looked a level above the VFL. He always performs highly at this level.

Ben Griffiths
4 goals, 4 contested marks
We wanted to make him a focus. He came back here (to the VFL) and showed that he can kick goals and take marks so I’m sure he’ll be pushing for senior selection.

Dylan Grimes
15 disposals, 7 tackles
Was fantastic across defence all day. He was relentless with Geelong’s forwards, which is what we expect of our defenders. Plenty of tackles and spoils, which he’s renowned for.

Brad Helbig
16 disposals, 4 rebound 50s
Was very good across half-back, where he has been playing a lot due our midfield strength and a shortage of defenders. He’s been fantastic for us across there. He’s a high quality player.

Ben Lennon
2 goals, 19 disposals
Was good across half-back and gave us plenty of run early. Then he went forward and kicked goals and contributed to another four or five. A class above when he went forward.

Liam McBean
2 goals, 15 disposals
Competed really well all day. He provided really big contests for us and contributed to four or five shots just by providing those contests.

Kamdyn McIntosh
21 disposals, 4 inside 50s
Played across the wings all day. Gave us plenty of run, was good around the ball and kicked the ball well inside 50. He’s going well.

Anthony Miles
37 disposals (23 contested), 12 clearances, 5 inside 50s
He’s one of our favourites at VFL level so it’d be a shame to lose him to senior footy but that’s why we’re here.

Orren Stephenson
61 hit outs, 2 goals
By far the most dominant big guy on the ground. He kicked goals and gave our midfielders first use all day. Followed up his own ball and was fantastic.

Brett O’Hanlon
1 goal, 23 disposals, 9 tackles
Very good early on the wings and got back to help our defence. Used the ball well again and provided long kicks inside 50. He’s going well.

Ricky Petterd
1 goal, 30 disposals (15 contested), 6 clearances
Was outstanding playing through the midfield, wing and up forward. He really set the scene early going back with the flight of the ball and competed hard all day.

Cadeyn Williams
1 goal, 13 disposals
Played forward in his return from injury. Gave us great energy and had shots on goal. Looked really comfortable at half-forward, where he will probably stay for a few weeks.
