Richmond has announced changes to its playing list at the conclusion of its 2015 season.

Utility Matt McDonough and rookie Matt Arnot have been delisted, bringing the number of departures this season to six, after the retirements of four players earlier in the season.

McDonough played 10 games over three seasons, after being drafted with pick 42 in the 2012 National Draft.

Arnot played nine games in four years, after being a third-round selection in the 2011 draft.  He was delisted at the end of the 2014 season, before being re-drafted as a rookie for the 2015 season.

Recently, Chris Newman, Nathan Foley, Ricky Petterd and Chris Knights announced their retirements from AFL football.

Newman played 268 games over 15 seasons between 2001 and 2015, was captain from 2009-2012, and was runner-up in the 2010 Jack Dyer Medal.

Foley played 154 games for the Tigers after initially being drafted as a rookie, and was forced to retire after a series of serious injuries in his last few seasons.

Petterd played 30 games in three seasons at Richmond after crossing from Melbourne, while Knights spent two seasons at Tigerland, playing six games as significant injuries held him back.

The Club wishes to thank all of its departing players for their service to the Richmond Football Club.
