Conti, 24, has already done it all in her AFLW career after she claimed the league best and fairest in 2023, to go with her fifth consecutive Richmond best and fairest. The Tigers traded the number one draft pick in exchange for the explosive midfielder ahead of their entry to the AFLW in 2020. Conti is a five-time All Australian and was best on ground in the Western Bulldogs’ 2018 AFLW Grand Final win. Conti was also crowned the AFLW Players’ MVP in Season 7 and won the Bulldogs best and fairest in 2019, taking her club best and fairest tally to six from seven seasons.
