Passionate Tigers’ supporter, Cam Lee is Richmond’s million dollar hope in the Bingle Million Dollar Boot competition this Friday night at the MCG.

Lee, 31 from Abbotsford was selected from a competition after his favourite Clash of the Sash moment was chosen as the best submission by an expert panel. He now has a 50/50 chance to kick for a million dollars, thanks to Bingle.

Before he laces up his footy boots, Lee must first win a trivia competition against an Essendon supporter, who is also vying for the chance to kick for the million.

“I’m excited just to be out on the ‘G, I haven’t been on there since I was a kid, when you could have a run around on the ground after the game,” Lee said.

“I’ve been brushing up on my Richmond and Essendon history, and I’ll be stretching out the ‘hammys’ to see if I can kick it forty metres,” he said.

Should Lee have the chance to kick for the cash, there’s a bit more involved than getting it through the big sticks.

To secure the money, the goalkicker must kick the football into the Bingle Green Car on the full, from a distance of forty metres.

Lee, who has ‘dabbled’ in playing football with Dingley as a junior, the Murrumbeena twos, and a local pub footy league more recently knows he has his work cut out, but would spend some of his million dollars holidaying in Europe with his girlfriend if he should succeed.

Make sure you attend this Friday night’s Clash of the Sash to watch Richmond and Essendon do battle, and hopefully see Cam Lee win one million dollars thanks to Bingle.

Fans that attend the game have four chances to win $1000 cash, click here to find out more.
