Richmond’s VFL side has received a personnel boost ahead of its clash against Footscray at the Whitten Oval this Saturday.

The VFL Tigers welcome AFL-listed ruckman Ivan Maric, midfielder Kane Lambert, tall forward Ty Vickery and defender Nathan Broad for the Round 14 hit-out.

Maric returns from AFL duties and will compliment cousin Ivan Soldo in the ruck, while Vickery, who has booted 22 goals at the top level this year, looms as a key target in the forward line.

Broad will join youngster Nathan Drummond and Jake Batchelor across half-back, while Lambert will inject pace through the middle of the ground.

Richmond’s VFL side will set out to rebound from a nail-biting two-point loss to ladder-leader Casey last weekend.

The VFL Tigers produced their strongest effort of the season and will look to improve on that against the sixth-ranked Bulldogs.

Saturday's game at Whitten Oval kicks off at 2pm.
Whitten Oval is located at 417 Barkley Street, Footscray.
