Star Richmond forward Jack Riewoldt enters the 2016 season within eight goals of Tiger ‘Immortal’ Jack Dyer on the Club’s all-time goalkicking list.

Riewoldt currently is in seventh place on the list with 435 goals from his 180 games for the Tigers.

Dyer kicked 443 goals in 312 games with Richmond.

The top five goalkickers in Tigerland’s history are:

  1. Jack Titus – 970 goals (from 294 games)
  2. Matthew Richardson – 800 goals (282 games)
  3. Kevin Bartlett –778 goals (403 games)
  4. Michael Roach – 607 goals (200 games)
  5. Dick Harris – 548 goals (196 games)

Last year, Riewoldt became the only Richmond player, ever, to score 50 goals or more in six successive seasons.  He finished with 54 goals for the 2015 season and was subsequently selected in the All-Australian team for the second time in his league career.

Titus had previously booted 50 goals-plus for the Tigers in five consecutive years, from 1934-38.
