“There’s a lot of method to his madness.”

Nahas said injury-plagued defender Dylan Grimes was set to return later in the pre-season, impressed by his attitude to hamstring rehabilitation.

“Everyone obviously knows he got injured again in this pre-season, his hamstring went again.”

“I don’t know what it is about him, his rehab, he’s done it  better than I’ve seen anyone (before) and he’s back training fully pretty much at the moment.

“He’ll be back playing I think NAB (Cup match) 3. He’s looking as picture of fitness, is raring to go and is a very important part of our back line.
