Star Richmond key forward Jack Riewoldt was the only Tiger to poll votes in the AFL Coaches Association’s Player of the Year award for the Round 4 clash with West Coast at Domain Stadium.

Riewoldt received one vote for his industrious work across the Tigers’ forward line right throughout the match.

The dual All-Australian and two-time Coleman Medallist took nine marks, including four inside 50, with five contested grabs all-up, and kicked four goals in Richmond’s 68-point loss.

Despite the Eagles’ dominance, Riewoldt never stopped trying to lift his team.
