Retiring Richmond superstar Trent Cotchin headlines the inclusions for what is set to be a memorable afternoon at the MCG for the Tiger Army.

Cotchin has been named alongside midfielder Jacob Hopper for the match against North Melbourne that will be played in front of a bumper crowd as the Club farewells its three-time premiership skipper and his longtime superstar teammate Jack Riewoldt.

Making way for the pair is Rhyan Mansell, Jacob Bauer, and Matthew Coulthard, who have been omitted.

Bauer and Coulthard have been named among the emergencies for the clash, along with Maurice Rioli Jnr and Sam Banks, with the substitute to be confirmed 60 minutes before the opening bounce.

Hopper comes back into the lineup after missing the last game through the concussion protocols. The clash will be the recruit’s 15^th appearance for the season.

Riewoldt has been named at full forward, and Cotchin in the followers for what will be their 293^rd and final match as Richmond teammates, which is a Club record.

Following Saturday’s game, Riewoldt and Cotchin will thank the Tiger Army for their continued support across their long and successful AFL careers by completing a lap of the MCG.

Fans are encouraged to stay at the ground following the final siren to show their appreciation to Cotchin and Riewoldt, who will complete the lap together.

The pair played in three premierships in which Cotchin was captain and Riewoldt vice-captain for each.
