Former Richmond star Nick Daffy is a special guest on this week’s episode of Talking Tigers.
The 1998 Jack Dyer Medallist and 1995 Michael Roach Medallist discusses a broad range of topics, including his latest involvement with the Club, why he feels so strongly connected to the Tigers, his son Archie’s promising football development, the stirring 1995 semi-final victory over Essendon, and the current Richmond player following in his bootsteps.
Apart from the interesting Daffy interview, the TT team dissected Richmond’s practice match against Essendon last Friday and highlighted the impressive signs shown by young guns Sam Lalor, Taj Hotton, Kane McAuliffe, Sam Grlj, Sam Cumming and Patrick Retschko.
And the return of the popular segment “60 Years of MCG Memories” features the eye-catching senior debut of Tiger great Dale Weightman in the Round 1, 1978 thrashing of arch-rival Carlton.
