The Bachar Houli Foundation (BHF) is a community-based organisation that aims to empower young Muslims through sports.

The BHF uses sport as a vehicle to engage over 6,000 young Muslims annually across five states. Committed to empowering young Muslims, the BHF delivers programs and initiatives centred around four strategic pillars: Engagement, Employment, Education and Talent. Through these programs, the BHF is able to drive social cohesion and leadership within the Muslim community and contribute to a thriving multicultural Australia.

Founded by three-time premiership player Bachar Houli in 2012, the BHF has been a part of Richmond Football Club community programming for over 10 years. Since then, 40,000 young people have come through the BHF's pathway programs, 75% of Employment Program participants have transitioned into full-time sports employment and over 40 Islamic Colleges participate in the Bachar Houli Cup nationally.
