Richmond heads to Marvel Stadium for the first time this season to face North Melbourne on Sunday.
As the Tigers search for their first win of the season, here are some burning questions which could determine the result of the game.
How can Richmond get off to a fast start?
Richmond will look to rectify last week’s slow start and one way to do so could be by limiting North's number of uncontested possessions.
The Kangaroos have demonstrated a strong ability to maintain possession through their elite disposal efficiency, enabling a controlled and composed style of play.
Currently, the Kangaroos are nearing an average of 41 more uncontested possessions than their opposition each week, a stat that Richmond great Matthew Richardson believes will be important on Sunday.
“We need a good start this week,” Richardson said on Talking Tigers.
“Without (Tristan) Xerri in the ruck, we just have to make sure they don’t have Luke Davies-Uniacke coming out the front of stoppage and neutralise that one, and hopefully that gives us the ability to start well.”
Who will win the contest battle?
Despite the Gather Round defeat, Richmond’s youngsters showed their tenacity and attack on the footy, ranking number one across the competition in pressure acts in Round 5.
Similarly, the Tigers were number one in applied pressure and chase pressure, but the challenge will be in converting their defensive efforts into turnovers, and scoreboard impact, against North.
Richmond’s leading pressure acts came from its forward line brigade last weekend, with Maurice Rioli recording 30, Steely Green 26, Mykelti Lefau 25 and Seth Campbell 19.
What can Retschko bring on debut?
Exciting young prospect, Patrick Retschko, will make his AFL debut this Sunday, becoming him the Club's third debutant of the season.
Having grown up a lifelong Tigers supporter, the hard-running wingman will be eager to make his mark in the yellow and black guernsey.
The 20-year-old has made a strong case for selection, having won the team's Bronco running test twice over the pre-season, along with stringing together multiple 20-plus disposals games in the VFL.
Retschko will be pivotal and will look to help shut down North's uncontested style of play, applying pressure, clean skills and an ability to run all day with his elite endurance tank.

Can Richmond derail North’s momentum?
North Melbourne has had a strong start to the season, sitting with three wins and two losses ahead of Sunday’s clash.
Richmond, hungry to kick-start its campaign and still in search of its first win, will be looking to put four quarters together and test its skills against an in-form Kangaroos outfit.
Coach Adem Yze is confident the Tigers are up to the challenge.
“(North Melbourne) is in good form. They've obviously had a few wins, and they really tested last year's premiers last week,” Yze said.
“They've got some highly talented (players), similar to us, it’s a younger list, they've got some high talent within their midfield.
“Their ball use is pretty potent. We're looking forward to a nice, dry day at Marvel under the roof. We can't wait to showcase our skills versus theirs. They're in good form, and it's a good test for us.”
