·        90 years since Richmond’s second league premiership - the Tigers 5.6 (36) defeating Carlton 4.8 (32) in the 1921 Grand Final.
 
·        80 years since inaugural Tiger ‘Immortal’ Jack Dyer’s league debut - Round 2, 1931 v North Melbourne at Punt Road Oval.
 
·        80 years since Doug Strang’s 14 goals in a match - Round 2, 1931 v North Melbourne (the same day as Dyer’s debut). Still a Richmond record to this day.
 
·        80 years since Richmond’s four-time premiership coach, Tommy Hafey, was born - August 5, 1931.
 
·        40 years since Ian Stewart won the Brownlow Medal in his debut season with Richmond (the Club’s last Brownlow winner), after crossing from St Kilda, where he had won two Brownlows.
 
·        40 years since South Australian stars Malcolm Greenslade (two games) and Mick Nunan (one game) made fleeting appearances for Richmond, while undergoing their National Service training in Victoria.
 
·        30 years since Tiger ‘Immortal’ Francis Bourke’s last of 300 league games (Round 14, 1981 v North Melbourne at the MCG).
 
·        25 years since five-time winner of Richmond’s Leading Goalkicker award and former Club captain, Jeff Hogg, made his senior league debut with the Tigers (Round 3, 1986 v Hawthorn).
 
·        20 years since four-time Jack Dyer Medallist and former Richmond captain, Wayne Campbell, made his senior league debut (Round 5, 1991 v Fitzroy at Princes Park).
 
·        10 years since Richmond last played finals football (three finals in 2001 - against Essendon, Carlton and Brisbane).
