I'm a competing club member. Do I still need to purchase a ticket for the finals?
Yes, all eligible club members will need to purchase tickets should you wish to attend. As a member of a club participating in the finals you will receive priority access to purchase tickets before the general public for games in which your club competes. Please check with your club should you have any queries about your entitlements.
I am a club member. When can I buy tickets?
Tickets will be available to purchase via ticketek.com.au on Monday, October 12. Members will have access to a pre-sale period, with any remaining tickets available to the general public. Confirmed times will be communicated over the weekend.
I am an eligible member in a restricted location (e.g. Victoria), can I attend?
Due to current border closures, the AFL as well as the Queensland Government have advised that Club members based in a restricted location (e.g. Victoria, International, NSW hotspot) will not be eligible to purchase tickets and attend the game. If you have relocated to Queensland or have made arrangements to be in the state, please contact the Richmond Membership Team immediately on 1300 742 466 to update your details so we can allow you access.
Please note, as per our membership terms and conditions, membership cards and associated benefits are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another person under any circumstance. Due to COVID-19 tracing, the member name must correspond with the ticket purchaser name.
I am an AFL Club Support member, am I eligible for a ticket?
AFL Club Support members will receive direct communications from the AFL regarding the process of purchasing week 1 Finals ticket/s. Please note, AFL Club Support members will not have access to purchase ticket/s in the Richmond member on-sale.
I require Accessible Seating, what is the process?

Can I sit with competing Club members?
No. During the member on-sale, Richmond members will only be able to choose to sit with other Richmond members.
Can I purchase additional guest tickets for non-members?
Guest tickets will not be available for purchase. Members may purchase tickets for other Club members only using their 12-digit barcode.
What is the policy around Junior & Concession tickets?
Junior & Concession Tickets:
• Children aged 4-14 as at 1 January 2020 are eligible to purchase a junior ticket. Children aged 3 and under as at 1 January 2020 are entitled to enter the ground at no charge however they must not occupy a seat.
• Persons aged 15 and over as at 1 January 2020 are classified as an adult, unless they hold valid concession identification.
During the members pre-sale Club members are required to purchase a finals ticket that is equivalent to the type of membership that they hold (i.e Adult members can only purchase an Adult finals ticket).

Remaining tickets not sold during the member priority period will be made available to the general public to purchase. The date & time for each on-sale will be communicated following the confirmation of match details at the completion of the previous week's games. All up-to-date finals ticketing information and links to buy tickets for all matches will be available at once confirmed.

Where will our seating be for weeks 1, 2 & 3 of the Finals?
The AFL distributes an equitable number of tickets within each category to members of both competing clubs for each final. All tickets remaining after the Club Member presale will then be made available to the General Public for purchase.
How are tickets sold?
Tickets are sold on a first in, next best available basis and are be subject to availability. You will be able to purchase based on your preferred price category for the first three weeks of the finals. Due to the demand for tickets however, all ticket agents are advised to sell 'next best available' to make the allocation process fast and convenient for purchasers.
I tried to buy a ticket but it says ‘Allocation Exhausted’. Does that mean the game is sold out?
On occasion, some games may have seats released closer to the day of the game. These seats include internal and dining allocations that are not used. Continue to check back on the ticket agent’s site for availability. If there will be no further tickets released for sale, the game will be declared as sell out, and corresponding messaging will read Sold Out.
Can I purchase tickets through a third party, such as eBay, Gumtree, Ticketmaster Resale or other re-sale markets?

I am an AFL member with a club support package. Can I purchase tickets from the club allocation for weeks 1, 2 & 3?
AFL Members will be communicated to by AFL Membership regarding access and entitlements.
Sale dates for finals will continue to be staggered after a successful trial in 2019 to prioritise the customer experience when purchasing finals tickets which are often high demand. On-sales have been scheduled in line with the finals fixture schedule.
