Richmond Football Club and Crypto.com, the world’s fastest-growing crypto platform, have agreed to a multi-year partnership.

The partnership will see Crypto.com establish a prominent presence across Richmond match-days, member communications, and digital content, while supporting various membership programs and initiatives as the Club pushed towards a record-breaking 106,000 plus members.

Richmond joins Crypto.com’s world-class partnership portfolio, including the recently announced Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, in addition to partnerships with the UFC, Philadelphia 76ers, European football powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain, and the historic Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

This partnership builds on Crypto.com’s support across the AFL community, following recent announcements of a long-term partnership with the AFL and AFL Women’s.

“Crypto.com are leaders in a super competitive and evolving space. We see similarities between our organisations in this regard and are  excited to be alongside some of the biggest names in sport as their partner,” said Richmond CEO Brendon Gale.

“We aspire to be a forward-thinking, innovative and all-inclusive business, so to secure a partnership with the world's fastest-growing cryptocurrency services platform is an exciting landmark for our Club.”

“Partnering with Richmond demonstrates our continued commitment to the AFL and Australian sport, and cements our position as a leader in the Australian market,” said Crypto.com General Manager Asia & Pacific, Karl Mohan.

“Richmond’s Environmental Action Team and overall commitment to sustainability has a strong affinity with Crypto.com’s goal to become carbon negative by November of this year, making Richmond the perfect fit in our portfolio of industry-leading sports partnerships.”
