Richmond's 2024 AFLW fixture is here, headlined by a showpiece Dreamtime in Darwin match against Essendon.

The Tigers and Bombers will bring the AFLW Dreamtime match to Darwin in Week 9, as part the AFLW’s Indigenous Round which will be held across two weeks (9 and 10).

Playing on the opening night of the season, Richmond will kick off its 2024 campaign on the road, taking on West Coast at Mineral Resources Park on Friday, August 30.

The Club will play an 11-game home and away season for the first time, with an additional game fixtured on the Tuesday of Week 5, as ‘Mid-Week Footy’ is introduced during a four-week block across the draw. 

In other firsts, Richmond will play Port Adelaide for the inaugural time in that Tuesday clash on September 24 at Ikon Park.

The team will travel interstate four times in 2024, with trips to Coffs Harbour (Week 3 v Sydney) and Launceston (Week 5 v North Melbourne) confirmed in addition to the Perth and Darwin games.

Four home clashes at the Swinburne Centre await the Tigers, the first of which will be Week 2 against GWS on Sunday, September 8, as well as two home games at Ikon Park.

The league's annual Pride Round has been locked in for Week 7, when Richmond faces Geelong at the Swinburne Centre on Saturday, October 12.

Richmond will face Hawthorn at the Swinburne Centre in the final round of the home and away season, with the date and time to be confirmed closer to the weekend.
