It didn't take long for draftee Sierra Grieves to make her mark on the league, enjoying an impressive AFLW debut in last Friday's Dreamtime in Darwin clash.

Grieves was spectacular from the moment she stepped foot on TIO Stadium, amassing 18 disposals, five score involvements, four intercept possessions, four marks, four tackles, and a Club high 409 metres gained.

Only teammates Monique Conti (30 disposals), Ellie McKenzie (26) and Ally Dallaway (18), saw more of the ball, proving just how important the teen will become for Richmond.

And that impact is already being felt by her teammates, after just one game in the yellow and black.

"She's worked really hard to get into the team," McKenzie said of Grieves post match.

"Sierra's a ripper. She's going to be an absolute star.

"Her skills and her ability to move, it's quite Mon (Conti) like. We're really excited about her."
