Lachlan Street will enter his eighth year with Richmond's VFL team, having signed on for the 2026 season.
Street has been the heart and soul of the Club’s VFL program for the better part of seven seasons, having held the captaincy mantle since 2022.
Known for his toughness around the contest, Street was an integral part of the 2019 premiership team and finished runner-up in the Club's VFL Best and Fairest in 2021.
Having made his inspirational return from an ACL injury against North Melbourne in Round 8 this year, Street went on to play 12 matches in 2025, bringing his total to 77 VFL games for Richmond.
Street re-established himself as one of the Tigers' main contributors upon returning, showcasing his versatility across multiple positions on the ground.
The 27-year-old excelled once again throughout Richmond's 2025 campaign, leading his team to the first week of the finals, averaging 21 disposals, three tackles, and four clearances across the season.
The in-and-under midfielder had an impressive showing in the side’s Round 11 win against Sydney, accumulating 31 touches, 12 contested possessions, two tackles and nine clearances to cap off one of his best performances of the year.
