That losing ’82 Grand Final line-up contained 164 games of finals experience, headed by Kevin Bartlett on 27.

The Tigers’ team that thumped Collingwood in the 1980 Grand Final had 152 games of finals experience.

And, five years before then, the Richmond side that was defeated by North Melbourne in the 1975 preliminary final, had 226 games of finals experience, coming off the back-to-back premierships of 1973-74 and a Grand Final berth in 1972.
