Seth Campbell

Seth Campbell has been recognised for yet another strong campaign in 2026, being named in the AFL Players’ Association’s 22Under22 Squad, presented by Intrepid.

The squad has been chosen by the internal selection panel at the AFL Players’ Association, with support from Champion Data. To be eligible for the 40-man squad, a player is required to play 50 per cent of the home and away season, equating to 12 matches.

The final team of 22 will be determined by a fan vote, and the Tiger Army can vote for Campbell now by clicking here. Voting closes on Wednesday 12 August , with the team to be announced on Wednesday 19 August.

Campbell has played 20 games to date this season, including three-goal hauls against the Suns in Round 2, and the Eagles in Round 8 at Optus Stadium.

He has kicked 14 goals thus far in 2026, with the youngster earning more midfield minutes this season, averaging 15.5 disposals a game.

Campbell’s centre bounce attendances and midfield minutes have increased throughout the year, which has helped him record 22 disposals twice in season 2026, against the Kangaroos and Bombers.

He recorded a career-high five clearances in the Dreamtime at the ‘G win over Essendon, alongside nine contested possessions, with the Tasmanian product showcasing how impactful he can be at the coalface.
