Richmond members can get free access to the Sir John Monash Stakes Day at Caulfield Racecourse this Saturday, July 13.
And Race 7 on the card - the ‘Richmond F.C 60K Member Handicap’ – will be particularly apt for the Yellow and Black faithful. The race, scheduled for 3.35pm, has been specially named as a celebration of the Club hitting its record 60,000 member target recently.
Keep an eye out for horse No. 12, ‘LAOHU’, in Race 7, whose jockey will don the famous Richmond colours.
Gates open at 10.30am, and the first race begins at 12pm. Members can show their Richmond membership card at the gate for free access. Alternatively, general admission prices are $10 for adults, $5 for concession and children up to 13 years are free.
