No. 9 - Jack Riewoldt
Round 12, third quarter v GWS at Skoda Stadium

Richmond travelled to Western Sydney for its first encounter with AFL newcomer the GWS Giants, on a greasy day in Round 12.

The Tigers were being challenged deep in the third quarter, leading by just 11 points, when spearhead Jack Riewoldt pulled off a miracle.

Trent Cotchin launched a long ball to half forward, where Shane Edwards gathered and handballed into the path of Riewoldt, on the boundary line, 40m out from goal.

Despite the tough conditions, Riewoldt gathered, placed it on his left foot and watched it roll through for a team-lifting goal.
