Damien Hardwick will surpass Tommy Hafey for the most games as Richmond’s senior coach in Friday night’s qualifying final against Brisbane at the Gabba.

It will be Hardwick’s 249th game in charge of the Tigers, one more than Hafey, who coached the Club from 1966-76, winning four premierships during his magnificent coaching career at Punt Road.
