Richmond VFL will wear the 2020 jumper that Shai Bolton and his family created (as worn by Maurice Rioli Jr) to celebrate NAIDOC Week.

Richmond VFL has named an extended 31-man squad for Sunday's curtain-raiser clash with Collingwood at the Swinburne Centre.

Three VFL-listed Tigers could be in line to make their debuts, Jack Scanlon, Liam Wale-Buxton and Jess McGrath.

Scanlon was originally meant to debut in the Tigers' postponed Round 7 clash against Frankston. He's a key forward from Gisborne known for his strong running power, clean pair of hands and strong presence in the front half.

Ruckman Wale-Buxton, who previously played at Vermont, has VFL experience playing for Casey in 2019. He's known as a great competitor with a strong work rate which allows him to impact the game both in the air and also at ground level.

Young developing defender McGrath is from Gippsland Power and played in the recent Vic Country trial game. He reads the game well, can take a strong overhead mark and provided some great rebound and creativity in the game half.

Josh Caddy, who was a late withdrawal from last weekend's game against the Northern Bullants due to soreness, features in the squad.

AFL-listed Tigers Daniel Rioli, Jack Graham, Will Martyn, Matt Parker, Sydney Stack, Patrick Naish and Thomson Dow have been named in the extended VFL squad, but were also included in the senior squad for Sunday's game announced last night, with the final AFL team to be confirmed at 5.00pm Friday.

Richmond VFL's starting 22 for the Pies clash will be confirmed on Sunday morning prior to the game.

Tickets to the VFL game are available here. Tickets are free for 2021 Richmond members, however, it is essential to pre-order a ticket in order to attend the game. There will be no tickets available to purchase at the ground.

The players will be wearing Richmond's 2020 Dreamtime guernsey designed by Shai Bolton, in honour of NAIDOC Week celebrations and 10 years of the Club's Korin Gamadji Institute.

Sunday's game will be broadcast live on Seven and 7plus.
