The South Australian, who was a pivotal part of the 2017 and 2020 premiership sides, was again a key contributor for the Tigers in 2023.
The hard-tackling forward/midfielder added a further 20 games to his tally which has now ticked well over 100, having reached that milestone last season.
Graham, who last year won the Francis Bourke Award which embodies club values, is contracted to the Tigers until the end of 2024.
