Sec joined the Richmond Football Club in October 2017 with over 20 years’ experience in people & culture, and leadership. As the Chief People Officer, she is responsible for leading all things people, culture and performance for the Club and its subsidiary businesses.

Prior to joining Richmond, Sec was the Director of Human Resources, Australasia at Korn Ferry (Hay Group), a global people and organisational advisory firm. Sec has also worked in various roles including leadership roles in education, operations, gaming, hospitality, consulting, advisory services and now in professional sport.

Sec has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education) and later refreshed her qualifications with a Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources) and is a graduate of the AICD Company Director Course. She is a Director on the Bachar Houli Foundation Board and an Independent Chair of the Nominations Committee for Bowls Australia.
