Richmond is seeking final registrations for its AFLW/VFLW Talent ID Day in Shepparton this Friday afternoon.

The Club is expanding its search into its Next Generation Academy zone as it looks to grow its female football program.

The Talent ID Day will be overseen by Richmond's VFLW and Academy coach Tom Hunter.

VFLW Tigers back on the track

Hunter will be joined by AFLW/VFLW Recruiter Lauren Tesoriero and Female Football Operations Manager Kate Sheahan.

Hunter said the session would be skills-based, with some match simulation.

"Female football is growing and developing at a rapid rate in regional Victoria," Hunter said.

"We're really excited to travel to Shepparton and see first-hand the female football talent in the region.

"We hope to see strong numbers at the Talent ID Day and encourage females from a variety of sporting backgrounds to register to attend."
