AFLW Tigers Monique Conti and Eilish Sheerin were rewarded for their dominant Round 4 performances in the AFL Coaches Association AFLW Champion Player of the Year award voting.
The duo were sensational in the Tigers' two-point Dreamtime win last Sunday at ETU Stadium, polling nine votes apiece.
Triple Richmond Best and Fairest winner Conti, who now sits in fourth place overall in the standings for the award, collected 15 possessions, laid nine tackles and kicked a stunning goal following a one-handed gather and snap in wet conditions.
Mature-age draftee Sheerin has been a revelation for the Tigers this season, playing with dash and dare off half-back as she recorded 20 disposals, 572 metres gained and six inside-50s in just her fourth ever AFLW game on Sunday.
In her debut AFLW season, the 29-year-old rebounding defender has averaged 17 disposals, three tackles and 394 metres gained per game so far this season.
Also featuring in the coaches' votes was young gun Ellie McKenzie, who had 14 disposals, six inside-50s and five marks, one of which earned herself a Round 4 Mark of the Year nomination alongside teammate Laura McClelland.
"We love her contested style of game. She can break free and get out of space and that looks great when she's running, but he's quite powerful in the air and has a great balance," Richmond AFLW coach Ryan Ferguson said of McKenzie.
"She practices that stuff (the marking). I think she's in really good form at the moment and is playing a solid brand of footy."
Vice-captain Sarah Hosking received three votes for her crucial contribution to the win, the experienced midfielder collecting 14 disposals while limiting star Bomber Maddie Prespakis to just 11.Â
