Richmond has made a change ahead of Saturday night's clash with St Kilda, with Maurice Rioli replacing Rhyan Mansell in the Tigers' final 22.

Mansell comes out of the side selected on Thursday night after his three-match ban for rough conduct was upheld on appeal on Friday morning.

Rioli comes in for his first senior outing since injuring his hamstring in Round 6 and returning through the VFL last weekend.

Tyler Sonsie replaces Rioli in the squad as an emergency for the Round 14 match.

Tiger tall Ben Miller, 23, has been recalled to face the Saints for his eighth senior appearance of the season.

He replaces Marlion Pickett, who won't play due to personal reasons, as stated by CEO Brendon Gale earlier this week.

Last week's activated substitute Hugo Ralphsmith has been named as an emergency, alongside Sam Banks and Ivan Soldo.

The Tigers will confirm which player steps into the 23 to be the substitute 60 minutes before the opening bounce.

Triple-premiership captain Trent Cotchin will become the sixth player in Richmond history to reach the famed 300-game milestone on Saturday night.
