Richmond’s Judson Clarke has signed on for the 2026 AFL season, locking him in for a fifth year at the Club.
The 21-year-old has featured in the past two VFL matches after he missed 12 months with an ACL injury.
After limited minutes in his return game, Clarke looked his usual self in the most recent VFL match against Box Hill, having 16 disposals and impressing with his two-way running on the wing.
The former No. 30 AFL National Draft pick has played 17 matches at AFL level, including 13 games in 2023 and three in his debut 2022 season.
A skilful left-footer, Clarke has been used as a hard-running small forward for most of his time at the Tigers and is now expanding his game in 2025 to include roles higher up the field.
The sharpshooter has kicked 14 goals and just four behinds across his AFL career.
Richmond General Manager- Football Talent, Blair Hartley, said Clarke had set himself up well for future years with diligent rehabilitation over the past 12 months.
“The way Judson attacked his recent knee rehabilitation was first-class, and he has made an impressive return both on the training track and through the VFL,” he said.
“He has thoroughly deserved this contract, and we look forward to seeing him get some continuity into his football and continue to improve through to 2026 and beyond.”
