Noah Balta has been fined by the MRO for an incident during Saturday's match against Geelong.
He has been charged with forceful front-on contact (third offence), resulting in a $10,000 penalty.
The incident occurred in the third quarter of the Round 17 clash, against Geelong defender Tom Stewart.
It was graded as careless conduct, low impact and high contact. The fine can be reduced to $6,250 with an early plea.
Richmond face off against Essendon next Saturday night at the MCG.
