Richmond skipper Trent Cotchin headlines four players added to the Tigers’ squad for Sunday afternoon’s big match against Brisbane at the MCG.

Captain Cotchin looks set to make his return in the final round of the home and away season, after missing the past three rounds with a minor hamstring strain he sustained in Round 19.

Small forward Jake Aarts has been named in Richmond’s squad for the third straight week as he continues to press his claims for a senior debut.

The rookie-listed Tiger, who was Richmond’s carryover emergency in last Sunday’s win over West Coast, produced a stunning performance in the VFL the week prior, amassing 24 disposals, three goals and six marks.

Utility Noah Balta, who played 12 of the first 13 senior games of the season, could be in line to give Richmond’s ruck stocks a boost in Toby Nankervis’ absence.

The athletic second-year Tiger had a successful VFL outing against Essendon on the weekend, racking up 18 disposals (14 contested possessions), 21 hit-outs, seven clearances and two goals.
