The 19-year-old has gone from strength to strength since her debut in Dreamtime last season, and has taken her game to a new level in 2026 following an outstanding pre-season.

Selected by Richmond with its first pick (No.11 overall) at the 2024 AFLW Draft, Grieves started her 2026 campaign with a bang.

Last year, the midfield/half forward averaged 13 disposals, including 18 on debut in the 2025 Dreamtime clash and 21 against Melbourne.

Grieves was recognised as Richmond’s Best First Year Player at the end of 2025.

The young star becomes the Tigers' first Rising Star nominee for the 2026 season, and just the third nominee in Richmond AFLW history, following co-captain Ellie McKenzie's nomination back in 2021, and Emelia Yassir's in 2023.
