The stage is set for Tiger forward Caitlin Greiser to notch her 75th AFLW game when Richmond takes on Adelaide at IKON Park this Saturday night.
Greiser has found fine form in her fifth season at the Swinburne Centre, averaging 9.3 disposals, 7.9 kicks and 3.9 marks, being a constant presence in attack.
The prolific forward burst onto the scene during the 2019 expansion club signing period, making her debut with St Kilda in 2020 and going on to earn All-Australian selection and winning the Saints Best and Fairest, all within her first year at AFLW level.
She was traded to Richmond ahead of the 2023 season, where she has won the Club’s leading goalkicker award twice in both the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
The 27-year-old is a strong, lead-up forward who presents at every contest, shows extreme confidence in the air, and backs it up with her ability to convert set shots in front of goal.
Greiser was a key contributor in the side’s epic win over Essendon in the Round 3 Dreamtime in Darwin match, kicking the sealer in the dying moments of the game.
She backed up her Dreamtime performance in the team’s Round 6 win over the Giants, earning three coaches' votes for 18 disposals, six marks, and one goal.
Greiser’s experience has paired strongly with No.1 pick Olivia Wolmarans, with the duo combining for 19 goals this season.
Watch Greiser run out in her 75th AFLW game this Saturday night, when the Tigers take on the Crows at IKON Park from 7:15pm. Get tickets HERE.
