Richmond superstar Monique Conti will make her return in Friday night's clash against Melbourne at IKON Park.

Conti hasn't played since the Round 3 Dreamtime in Darwin match due to an Achilles issue, but a committed and thorough rehab block has seen her fully recover for the Round 10 battle.

The seven-time Club Best and Fairest winner was in sparkling form when she got hurt, leading the AFLW Coaches' Votes after three rounds and averaging 27 disposals, 7.7 clearances and 6.3 score involvements per game.

Joining Conti as inclusions are Ally Dallaway and Rebecca Miller. 

Dallaway returns to action for the first time since Round 4 after overcoming a calf strain. The midfielder is averaging a career-high 14.3 disposals and 9.3 effective disposals, boosting the Tigers across the ground. Key defender and leadership group member Miller is back after missing last week's game.

Maddie Shevlin and train-on players Alana Barba and Caitlin Thorne have all been omitted.  

The backline is made up of Miller, Montana McKinnon, Dallaway, Montana Beruldsen and Fina Dethlefsen.

Libby Graham, Isabel Bacon and Ana Mulholland make up the centreline. Gabby Seymour, in her 75th AFLW game, takes the spot in the ruck, alongside followers Ellie McKenzie and Conti.

Mackenzie Ford, Poppy Kelly, Sierra Grieves, Olivia Wolmarans and Charli Wicksteed complete the forward line.

The interchange is made up of Laura McClelland, Georgia Stubs, Beth Lynch, Dana East and Caitlin Greiser.

The emergencies are Shevlin, Sarah Hosking and Paige Scott.
