    October 2025: Excavation works bottom out

    Excavation has bottomed out at the Swinburne Centre, with the car park reaching its final depth before concrete pouring begins.

    Final demolition works take place whilst digging commences on the new multi-story car park.

    August 2025: Jack is in safe hands

    As part of the redevelopment, our beloved Jack Dyer statue has been safely relocated to a new spot at the Swinburne Centre. Once complete, he will take prime position at the Club.

    August 2025: Making way for the future

    The roof of the Jack Dyer Stand is dismantled before the rest of the structure is carefully brought down.
