Richmond's Monique Conti and Caitlin Greiser have been recognised in the Round 1 AFLW Coaches' Votes.
The midfielder and forward duo stood tall during the Club's loss to Sydney at North Sydney Oval last Friday night.
Conti received four votes, after her 32 disposals, seven tackles, 22 contested possessions and 499 metres gained.
Meantime, Greiser kicked two goals and had 11 disposals, as well as four marks, earning the forward two votes.
Every week, the two senior coaches for each game give votes on a 5-4-3-2-1 basis, meaning 10 votes is the maximum a player can get in each round.
The player with the most votes at the end of the home and away season will win the Sharp EIT Solutions AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award.
Richmond now look ahead to Round 2 against the Western Bulldogs at IKON Park this Sunday. Tickets can be purchased here.
