Star Richmond midfield duo Monique Conti and Ellie McKenzie have both earned coaches' votes for their Round 2 performances against the Western Bulldogs.
Conti, playing in her 75th AFLW game, was sensational yet again, collecting 21 disposals, 14 contested possessions, 12 tackles and five clearances, as her strong start to the campaign continues.
McKenzie never stopped working during the clash, finishing with 18 disposals, 13 contested possessions, five clearances and four intercepts.
The Tigers will look to record their first win of the season on Friday night, as they face Essendon in Dreamtime in Darwin.
Every week, the two senior coaches for each game give votes on a 5-4-3-2-1 basis, meaning 10 votes is the maximum a player can get in each round.
The player with the most votes at the end of the home and away season will win the Sharp EIT Solutions AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award.
